:: TDF - Fire Tube Boiler
Being suitable for the structure of human body.
The whole design, from the construction of combustion and feed water system to all components, is suitable for human body. Owing to the practically and durability, TDF can keep the production line normal for long time and more efficient.

Multiple protective devices
The TDF type boiler has the most reliable water level control system, like low water level interrupter, photoelectric cell for abnormal combustion, burning interrupter while the door of burner is opened, pressure limiter and safety valves etc. For the principle of safety first, we adopt direct waterless sensor to ensure customers safety.

High combustion efficiency
In order to reach higher combustion efficiency under the characteristics of different fuel. We cooperated within the original burner manufacture to design the special win box and fuel for keeping the special combustion efficiency up to 89% .Therefore; we can cost down the fuel consumption and increase the efficiency of your investment.

:: TDA-Air Heating system
TDA-Air heating system are gas burners designed to operate in an airflow with minimum speed of 0.5 M / sec. In air ducts , where TDA is installed, the products of combustion are mixed directly with airflow to be superheated. The design guarantees high efficiency and clean combustion . For the production of large volumes of hot air in industrial processes such as drying of products , spray booths, heating of work environments etc., our elaborating is the be3st consideration .


:: TDH -Thermal Oil Heater
Thermal Oil Heater use thermo-oil as heat source, that is to say, we heat the thermo-oil in boiler first and deliver it to heat exchanger with high - pressure pump. After releasing heat, thermo-oil will be returned to the boiler to be reheated. The nature of thermo-oil is different from water; though the saturated temperature is low , it still obtains the high - temperature thermal energy. Because the pressure of TDH is lower than of steam boiler , it is the best consideration for high temperature environment.
